You can help the environment with every payment through Benefit Plus. How so? Our Carboneg project strives for carbon neutrality and healthy soil.

Organic waste from the office, especially used coffee grounds, peels or fruit scraps, is processed by our handy earthworms living on the terrace. We grow herbs, strawberries and vegetables in a special composting bed. This saves about 390 kg of waste annually. By harvesting compost and adding it to the soil, we also increase the carbon content of the soil and provide the plants with nutrients. As the plants grow, they extract additional CO2 from the air through photosynthesis.

We have recently added a new filter to the cafeteria, allowing you to search for “green” providers or those who are gradually turning green. The providers are filtered based on the GRI methodology, a system of environmental, economic and social indicators.

Each year, we reduce our carbon footprint by ten percent per one Czech crown of revenue, and measure the environmental impact of our operations. We use low-emission means of transport, develop an environmentally friendly, purely digital product and buy electricity from alternative sources. We assess the sustainability of our suppliers and encourage environmentally friendly behavior and recycling among our employees. Our computing infrastructure is located in data centers and is scalable as needed. We facilitate working from home and online meetings with clients. Our offices are easily accessible by public transport.
