This page is used to inform users of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when using the Benefit Plus multi-platform application.
We recognize the importance of protecting our customers’ personal information and privacy. When collecting and processing personal data, we comply with EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation and applicable law. We process data in such a way that it is secure against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
We are certified for our data security management system according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2014 standard. This certificate confirms that our company has implemented the necessary security measures to protect personal data and brought them into compliance with the requirements of the standard and relevant legislation.
Data collection and use
All mandatory data we collect is obtained directly under contract with your employer and is primarily needed to identify you as an authorised user of the Benefit Plus app. Without this data we would not be able to provide you with our services. Benefit Management s.r.o. does not process any personal or other data other than that which is necessary for the performance of legal and contractual obligations or for the purposes to which you have consented as a user. These are:
name and surname
work email address
workplace address
or other personal data that your employer provides to us for the purpose of managing your account on the basis of a contract.
We process your private email address (if you have entered it into the application yourself) as an alternative to your company email address for the purpose of sending you functional notifications.
We then process your company or private email address on the basis of your consent given in the Benefit Plus app for the purpose of sending you newsletters and benefit tips. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, in the same or similar way as you gave it.
In addition to this data, we also log your logging into the application (for example, the IP address and your unique login name you use to access our services, the date and time you accessed these services and the changes you made) and your purchase history (orders for services from our contractors and other entities, cancellations, etc.).
Purposes of processing
We need your personal data for the following purposes:
the performance of a contract, i.e. providing your employer with employee benefits, including informing you about new features of the app in our newsletter.
statistical purposes (but in this context your data is aggregated and cannot be identified)
measuring traffic to the Benefit Plus app
improving the content and functionality of the Benefit Plus app
ensuring the security of our systems and network against external attacks or misuse by users, to the usual standard
protecting our rights or the rights of third parties (e.g. in the event of litigation relating to our services)
for the purposes of keeping accounting records and fulfilling other legal obligations (evidencing consent to the processing of your personal data and fulfilling other obligations under EU Regulation 2016/679 and other data protection regulations, as applicable)

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, then in case of an error in the application, we collect data and information (via third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This data may include information such as the IP address of the device, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our service, time and date of service usage and other statistics.
Duration of processing of your personal data
We process your personal data for the duration of the provision of the service and also for the period of time necessary for archiving as provided for by individual legislation. If this period is not specified anywhere, your data will be archived for a period of 3 years after the termination of the service.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that are commonly used as unique anonymous identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored in the internal memory of your device. This service does not explicitly use “cookies”. However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve its services.
Links to other sites
This service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third party link, you will be redirected to their site. We do not operate these external sites. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you review the privacy policies of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We therefore recommend that you visit this page periodically to check for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification of your personal data, the right to erasure of your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data if you consider it to be contrary to the Regulation, other legislation or contrary to the protection of your privacy and personal life.
You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time, in the same or similar way as you gave it (by visiting us in person or by sending us a letter – in this case, however, the withdrawal must be accompanied by a certified signature). Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effects, i.e. the processing that took place until the receipt of a proper withdrawal of consent is lawful.
We declare that we will only collect your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and only process it in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected. Our employees or other individuals who process personal data under contract with us as the controller of your personal data and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after the end of the mutual contractual relationship.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or otherwise violating your data protection rights, you can contact these contacts at any time or file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or seek judicial protection.
