The personal data controller is Benefit Management, s.r.o. with its registered office at Doudlebská 1699/5, 140 00 Prague 4, Nusle. It operates this website and reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
In specific situations, the Company also processes personal data of other data controllers.
Data subjects are natural persons who have provided the Company with their personal data on the basis of a lease agreement, purchase agreement, service agreement or other agreement concluded with the Company, or whose personal data were obtained by the Company from a third party, including but not limited to from the subject’s employer, or whose personal data were obtained by the Company from other sources.
Scope of personal data processing
The Company processes personal data to the extent to which they are provided by data subjects or to what extent the Company obtains them from other legal sources. Including but not limited to: first name, last name, date of birth, place of residence, place of business, identification number, payment card number, tax identification number, email address, phone number, signature, or other data necessary to fulfill the purpose, for which the personal data were obtained.
The purpose of the processing of personal data
As the controller, the Company processes the personal data of data subjects to fulfill the contract concluded between the data subject and the controller, either by remote electronic means of communication or in writing, fulfilling legal obligations and for the purpose of direct marketing (i.e. offering the controller’s products and services), including sending commercial communications under Act No. 480/2004 Sb., on certain information society services.
As the processor, the Company processes personal data to fulfill contractual obligations between the Company and the controller, under the conditions specified in the specific agreement on personal data processing.
Assessing the necessity of processing
The Company takes steps to protect the privacy of data subjects and therefore processes solely the personal data strictly necessary for the specified purposes of the processing.
Duration of the personal data processing
The Company processes personal data for the time necessary or stipulated by laws or regulations. If the term is not specified, it processes them for the term of the contractual relationship with the subject or the contractual relationship between the data controller and the Company in the position of a processor, and for 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
If data subjects have given the controller consent to the processing of personal data, they may withdraw their voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time and free of charge. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Likewise, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data the controller processes on a legal basis other than the consent (i.e. if the processing is necessary to perform the contract, legal duty, or for other reasons specified in applicable laws or regulations). The consent is withdrawn generally the same way as it was granted. If it is not possible, the subject may request withdrawal of consent in writing at the Company’s registered office.
Transfers of personal data
In principle, the Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, with the exception of its contractual partners who are also processors of personal data; however, the data is transferred only under a written contract for the processing of personal data and is subject to the same obligations as the controller.

On the contrary, data subjects will subsequently benefit from them.
