Leisure Time Benefits – First Steps

  • Loging-in to Benefit Plus

    Your username was sent to your email upon the conclusion of the contract.
    You can log in to Benefit Plus at
    Before you log in for the first time, or if you forget your password, have your password emailed to you. Simply enter your username in the login box and click ""Send new password".

  • What can you do after logging in?

    After logging in, you will be taken to an interface where you can make payments with your Benefit Plus card. (PDF, video)
    You can also easily accept vouchers - both printed and digital. (PDF, video)
    In the voucher overview, you can check all Benefit Plus payments and settle vouchers (PDF, video). Card payments made via the web interface are automatically billed at the end of the billing period. Terminal payments are credited to your bank account the next day.

  • What to do to get off to a smooth start?

    • Train your staff to avoid any misunderstandings when making your first payments. You can find the manuals and graphic materials here.
    • To ensure that customers are not confused about accepting Benefit Plus, put stickers on your establishment or cash register. The stickers will be mailed to you as soon as you sign the contract. At the same time, upload our logo or indicate that you accept Benefit Plus on your website or other presentation. If possible, add our logo to your establishment or company at This will attract more attention from Benefit Plus clients. If you tell your clients about us on your Facebook page and tag us, we will be happy to share your post on our FB page.

  • When will we promote you as a member of the Gold and Platinum program?

    We have one year from the signing of the contract to promote your services. However, please feel free to contact us and let us know your preferred months for promotions. We will do our best to accommodate you and promote you in the period of your choice.

  • We have signed a contract for the Silver program, but we are interested in a special promo

    That's not a problem at all. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss your promo and terms with you.

    Check the Payment Options or contact us immediately. We will be happy to investigate and resolve the issue. Remember to also take note of the client's Benefit Plus card number, which we need to check the situation.
