  • I wasn’t able to log in to Benefit Plus and received a message: "Unknown username or password"

    There is an option to generate a new user password under the login table and have it sent to your email. If you need to receive a username, please contact us by email at partneri@benefit-plus.cz.

  • What should I do if my company details change?

    Please send updated information such as a change of company registration number, company name, address, account number, etc. to our email address e-stravenky@benefit-plus.cz if you are a restaurant or food store, or partneri@benefit-plus.cz in all other cases.
